Urban Sports Club:-

Massages for Urban-Sports members can only be reserved online (Urban Sports Club) and can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Please use the mail address on file with Urban-Sports-Club. Massages cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged to USC, the reason for cancellation is irrelevant.

If you would like a massage longer than 30 min, please book from our other menu. The credit of the USC will then be charged.

From 01.02.2022 massages with 30 minutes booking time ( 27 min RMZ) can be taken via USC without extra charge ( 1x per month with L membership and 2x per month with XL membership ).

Longer bookings can be charged with the USC - credit ( L-membership 1x and XL-membership 2x per month ).

All massages can be booked with a specific masseur, however, there is no claim to it. We reserve the right to make changes in case of operational reasons or illness, without prior information of the customer.
